I founded La Mesa Ejecutiva, a sports consulting firm specializing in supporting athletes and their families through the university and international recruitment process.

Our mission is to help families make informed decisions through a structured methodology that assesses the athlete's readiness, identifies opportunities, minimizes mistakes, and develops a strategy tailored to their athletic and academic goals.

Unlike an approach based solely on visibility or athletic profiles, we believe that sustainable opportunities are built through planning, preparation, and strategic direction.
My experience combines athletic development, scouting, strategic management, and knowledge of the university and international recruitment ecosystems. Through La Mesa Ejecutiva, we work to help families understand this complex process and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

As part of this mission, we also develop guides, courses, and educational resources that allow athletes and their families to expand their knowledge of the recruitment process, the different competitive pathways, and the factors that influence decision-making.
