La Mesa Ejecutiva

I founded and lead La Mesa Ejecutiva, a strategic consulting and professional development platform that supports Spanish-speaking student-athletes on their path to university and athletic opportunities. We work with competitive pathways within associations such as LAI, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA, and U SPORTS (Canada), as well as with pathways to professional environments like USL League One.

My work focuses on guiding, preparing, and giving visibility to young talent through strategic tools, mentoring, and access to key information that increases their chances of accessing sports scholarships and academic programs in Puerto Rico, the United States, and Canada.

I operate under an educational consulting model (not representation). Services include:

• Player page hosted on our platform, with highlight film, GPA and statistics, designed to facilitate access for coaches and programs.

• Guides and drafts of strategic communication, so that the athlete and his family can contact the institutions directly.

• Advice on NIL rules at the institutional and state level, without acting as an agent, without negotiating professional contracts and without fees tied to results.

• Support in translation and adaptation of materials, solely for educational purposes and only when permitted by associations and institutional policies due to language barriers. This support does not constitute representation; communication and final decisions always remain with the athlete and their family.

Since 2016, I have led development programs, created visibility pathways for young talent, and supported processes where individual effort is transformed into real opportunities. My approach goes beyond theoretical strategies: I work directly on the ground to identify talent, give it exposure, connect it with the right institutions, and build sustainable conditions for its growth.

I have managed partnerships with communities, organizations, and the private sector to open doors where none existed before, and I have designed programs focused on continuity, structure, and results. I now apply that same approach to sports, supporting student-athletes and their families at every stage of the process, from scouting and training to the strategic guidance that allows their on-field work to translate into academic and professional achievements.
